Breast Reduction Surgery

I have always wanted to know in details about breast reduction surgery, I know you've talked about it once in show but I really hope that you can tell us more about the surgery. What are the complications, the best candidates, will it affect breast feeding later on, the sensation of the area after the surgery? is it safe? especially for single women? will it leave ugly scars?
PLEASE Dr. Ordon: tell us all the details. especially the risky ones!!
Thanks,
Emy

Emy, I agree, patients should be told the good, the bad & the ugly about all types of plastic surgery procedures. I posted a topic about CosmetAssure earlier this morning. CosmetAssure is a health insurance policy that covers the costs of complications that might arise from having an elective cosmetic procedure. One of the procedures we cover is breast reduction surgery. 1 in every 124 breast reduction cases that CosmetAssure has covered resulted in a complication. Who is going to pay for the treatment of a complication? It's definitely something you have to think of and consider before going under the knife. If you'd like more information feel free to contact me! Sincerely, Rachel rachels@cosmetassure.com
