Jeuvenile Polyps and Colon Cancer Screenings

I keep seeing colonoscopy's getting done for people with family histories of Colon Cancer and a history of colon polyps, but, I never hear Dr. Jim Sears talk about adults who have had Giant Jeuvenile Polyps as children and whether we should be screened. Aren't we important too.
