Presently, the costs to businesses that employ workers at high risk to develop Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and other Repetitive Stress Injuries is staggering. It is estimated that RSI "costs employers over $80 billion yearly."

This is a big deal and it is time to take action. Working at a computer for hours on hand can lead to these long term effects due to stationary computer peripherals that leave your hands and wrists in a fixed rigged position.

Well a chiropractor turned inventor has come up with a way to help prevent this by teaming up with New York’s Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in collaboration to develop ErgoMotion technology for mice and keyboards that will keep the users hands in constant movement.

He then developed ergonomic computing accessories. BUT i really think this is a great opportunity to do a segment of ways to avoid repetitive stress injury. There are many that could be included and I know Dr. Jack Atzmon, the Chiropractor that I mentioned previously, could discuss other preventative options.
