Look into what it is, how one "gets it", who gets it, what happens when one has this, compare it to other back problems. What can be done to relieve the pain and other issues with spinal stenosis including muscle spasms and "brain disconnects".

(CPR) Cardiopulmonary resuscitation My mission here is to push for good, comprehensive instructions on CPR performed correctly on the Doctors, and have you urge the public to attend basic CPR & First Aid programs with Red Cross or others. You'd be doing a great public service creating new awareness on this lifesaving procedure. What we see on television programs like ER or Gray's Anatomy is horribly misleading. At the beginning of the segment, the viewing audience is requested to bring their bathroom scale out. Later in the show, viewers would be instructed to get on their knees and place their hands on the scale and exert enough weight to register 70 pounds. Most would be amazed at how much effort is necessary for adequate chest compressions. I found a man who suffered a fatal coronary at a construction site and had to perform CPR. I asked if anyone knew CPR who could assist me, but no one could jump in and help. I maintained his complexion "flesh colored" - he did not turn blue. My college scuba instructor found a lifeless swimmer 110 ft down in the ocean and administered CPR for 45 minutes in a boat before the swimmer finally started breathing on his own. That young man made a full recovery. Jamie Lee Curtis is spokesperson for Red Cross. I'm sure if they were contacted, they'd jump at the opportunity to demonstrate correct CPR steps and enlighten the public on their CPR & First Aid classes. You could easily dedicate a whole 40 minute production on the subject and the Red Cross would do all the work. There is so much more to it than meets the eye! Jamie Lee Curtis would generate a lot of attention for you also, as a guest host. This segment could be reedited as an instructional DVD available, not only for sale by the Doctors program, but available from Netflix or Blockbuster for school groups, Boys/Girl Scoouts, swimming/scuba classes... This could take your program into a another dimension as an really legitimate authority moving out of the TV set and into the public mainstream. I've attended your tapings before, and may be in the audience again in early October. I am so passionate about this subject, I'd make a special trip in from Michigan to produce this one episode. Studio 29, get ready for a real kneeslapper!

Many of us are as interested in the health of our pets as we are in our own health; sometimes even more so. I propose a segment with guest veterinarians who can answer questions from the studio and at home audience after a presentation on an aspect of pet health such as the necessity of pet vaccinations, how to tell when a visit to the vet is necessitated, etc.
