Could you please do a segment on schizophrenia in children and adults and take away the stigma of mental illness. Most people on modern medications can live a reasonable and productive life. Hollywood movies have made this a feared illness with people running around like maniacs. Please have someone on your show that will show that you can go on to be productive and live healthy. Thank you.

You notice that your aging parent tells you the same thing over and over again or has done something odd like garden in the yard naked. How do you know when your loved one's recent odd behavior or forgetfulness is due to senility, Alzheimers, or just common signs of old age? This show would follow that person's visit to a doctor and show what tests may be performed to diagnose the problem. It would also describe available treatments and follow up on whether the person is showing signs of improvement after being treated.

It affects everyone from pre-teen to adults, and it can be fatal. Also have lasting consequences if developed, especially in the young. Bones more likely to break later in life, with bulimia teeth can rot (major dental issues), organ failure, unbalanced electrolytes which can cause a lot of problems, including death (hypokalemia). How do you get one passed an eating disorder or through one with the person who has it? Or what would help? (There could be millions of ways, person-dependant, Maybe Dr. Phil could help with this one). These are just some of the ideas I have, coming from 20 years with an eating disrder, finally truly recovered. It can happen (recovery).

I have panic attacks and it involves anything I don't have control over and I don't know what to do.I've had it as long as I can remember and I'm 51,every thing I'm about to tell you sounds crazy and I know it,but I don't have any control over it. I couldn't have but 1 child and I was so happy carrying her and I would get to thinking about there's a baby inside of me and I can't get it out now! and it was a long 9 months,I was so afraid to tell my doctor I thought he would think I was crazy. Here some more things, nose being stopped up,smothering from all of this fat I have gained and I already have sleep apnea from all of this fat on my neck, hiking trails I smother, going to the dentist deadens my mouth and I can't get the feeling back then, I could not wear a cast because I couldn't get it off,no false nails,I'm scared of going into bathrooms and closing the door,I'm afraid I'll get locked in, you know the door knob want work and it's happened more than once, the rides at the fair because they lock the bar on me,rings stuck on my finger I've got my husband to cut them off ,claustraphobia, I'm 5'7 and I have lost from 247 to 196 and I make my mind not think of the lap band being in me and I know I can't get it out. I do take Zanax 0.5 2x a day and I keep it with me, when I do think about it,as you can see it has controlled my life and I can't stop it. When it happen I want to just start running and screem somebody please help me,it's like somebody's nailing me in a box and I can't get out and I am so tired of this fear,it just scares me to death, when it happens I would rather be dead then to feel this fear. It's ok if you can't have this show, because I wouldn't have the money to get there anyway. I just wish you could email me on how to get out of this box. I'm already on disability for other physical things and this don't help any.Thank you so much.
