What works, what doesn’t, what is dangerous, and what to take for men and women wanting to build muscle
With weight lifting more popular than ever, this show would speak to many men and women seemingly lost in a sea of possible supplements

I recently learned about the 3 different body types: mesomorph, ectomorph, and endomorph. I took a quiz online and learned that I'm one of the combination types: a Meso-Endo. Could you do a show explaining these different body types (INCLUDING mixed types like me)? What foods work best for each type to stay fit and healthy and what are the exercises that target the unique problem areas each type (or mixed types) have?

There are many of us out here who have not been in life situations where we could exercise consistently, have had injuries, etc., but want to do activities to improve ourselves. Most of the featured activities work fine if you don't have special concerns, but won't work so well for us. Our age group was not encouraged to exercise when we were young!
Here are 2 examples of what I mean:
1. my sister in law has scoliosis that was not treated when she was young (she is 60 years old). She would like to find something other than walking which makes her back hurt.
2. I am 60 years old, have an artificial hip on one side and a repaired ligament in the other foot. I've had several surgeries where muscles were cut and resulted in weakness on one side of my back. I love walking and do a lot of it, but what upper body strength training is best for me? What else should I be doing for inner thighs, etc.
It seems that every time we try to get in shape, the trainers don't have a clue how to deal with those of us with these types of issues and try to put us on machines we feel are more likely to cause further injury.
Can you address this issue?
We both spent many years in jobs where we were sitting most of the day. How can we shape up safely?

I've been an avid walker and runner most of my life, throughout the military and my civilian life. For the past couple of years I can barely walk a half a block wirhout getting excruciating pain on the bottom of my feet, which most of the time affect my calves. I've tried everything from stretches to apparatuses to no avail. Is there a treatment that can resolve this problem so I can get back to my life.

Hi, let me start by saying I was fortunate enough to attend the taping of The Doctors on April 29 and had an excellent time. I was impressed with the staff and how we were treated...so, thank you! I have noticed in the past that you allow viewers to often come on your show and show off their exercise/health inventions. I have thought up a new piece of exercise equipment which would work the entire body and comes with changeable weight plates. It is perfect for someone who is on the go alot or stuck in their office all day. I was wondering if you help inventors with how to go about patenting an idea? I have the "blueprint" of the object and know it could benefit many people. Please get back to me if you can. Thanks, Chad.

Hi, doctors.
I've bought the abtronic x 2. Does it work better than sit-ups and is it safe?
