Cellophane and Preparation H?

Dear doctors.

I heard that applying preparation H to your stomach and thighs and then wrapping it with cellophane over night can tighten your skin. Is this true? thanks!

Sports injuries (particularly equestrian): prevention and treatment

Injuries associated with specific sports- how to prevent them and if they occur, best methods to treat them, what to do etc.
For me, in particular, equestrian sports - anyone that rides will have fallen off many times, got stood on/knocked/ thrown onto the ground.

There are 2 parts:
Exercise-induced ashtma, induced by allergies.. natural remedies to treat and prevent this from occuring.
Over-training- how to prevent it; what people should be eating during tough training programs or rigorous exercise.
