Changing the general publics views on fitness and exercise and physically showing them with an ongoing study that there goals are achieveable!

So many people goto the gym for a while and back out because they are not getting the results they see other people are getting i.e. the celebrities etc.
This can be because of many things, one reason is so many people dont realise that you are only as good as what you eat so if you do...

Excercise for those with back injuries

I have 2 Annualar Tears in my L4-L5 Region and I was on the track of losing weight. Since I can't walk for long, ride my bick which I love to do anymore, my weight loss has come to a standstill.
What excercises are out there for those with back injuries?

Entire show devoted to fitness for people with physical limitations

The Doctors should produce an entire show devoted to helping people who suffer chronic physical pain, limitations, and disablilities and teach them how to get fit. So many, many people are affected with something that prevents them from exercising.
