I'm 5'2'', weight around 105 lb (~47 Kg) and I consider myself on the "thin" category with some localized fat. I feel extremely uncomfortable to wear short shorts or any clothes that might show the back of my thighs because I have cellulite, but in a stage that can already be seen without squeezing them.
I'd like to watch a show where the following topics can be discussed:
- What is the cause of cellulite? I know that even some skinny people can have cellulite.
- What are the myths and truths about foods that can cause/increase cellulite? (Specially soft drinks - even diet pop? I drink a lot of diet coke :P)
- Do birth control medications necessarily increase cellulite?
- I already tried around 8 sessions (every day) of those ultrasound type of treatments but I fell like after that, the look actually increased instead of decresing. Is that possible?
- What are the treatments that are truly effective and are available to get rid of cellulite?
- Are massages, limphatic drainage, certain creams on the market that claim to reduce cellulite, effective?
- Besides a healthy diet, can exercise "burn" cellulite and reduce the "orange peel" look? If yes, which ones?
If the show needs volunteers, I would love to be one of them to try out the treatments (preferably the really effective one! :P). I live in Toronto though.
Thank you, Doctors! =) Love the show!
