unusual skin disorder

Im a 48y/o black female , 5 years ago a pink dime shaped spot appeared on my cheek,you can see clear skin layer forming over it dail, but when I wash my face daily, it disappears and the spot looks fresh pink again, but with each year it gets kighter and lighter and now I have formed about 6 ...
