I was suprised to be 40 and pregnant, you can imagine what that did to big breasts, They are so heavy and now they are sagging. Is there a way to get a reduction without alot of scarring? I would like to see/participate in a segment featuring men's laser breast reduction. As a young adult, I had an eye injury and the opthomolagist gave me female hormones to make me retain water to lubricate my eyes. My breast got larger while on these hormones but reduced when I got off of them. However, now that I am over 50, my breasts are increasing in size again. It is very embarrassing when I take my shirt off at the pool or at the beach. I would love to be able to have the lazer breast reduction but, my finances prohibit me from being able to afford it. I have consulted a few Drs. about the procedure but all are quoting from $4,500 to $6000. I have limited income because I was declared disabled a number of years ago because I am HIV+. I am not a drug user, I was bi-sexual when I contracted the disease. Now, I am not sexually active but, I am still a proud man - would like to be able to remove my shirt without being embarrassed. I can lose weight around the mid-drift (and in fact have - used to weigh over 300 lbs and I am down to 185). I do exercise as I can - BUT, please - let's make something work - it would be nice to have a flat chest again and mostly to let other men know that there is a procedure that can help us.

Many women experience painful intercourse or pain from wearing tight pants, pantyhose, etc. After intercourse and/or after wearing tight clothing, labia glands may swell increasing discomfort for days! I am one such women. I was born with large labia and experience discomfort during sex and while wearing jeans/slacks. I have considered seeing a physican about labiaplasty, but have been hesitant to do so for several reasons. I would love to learn more about this procedure and have the opportunity to make an educated decision for myself. I'm sure many other women feel the same and would like the facts as well.
