Getting to see the doctor can often be more of a problem than the health issue I want to see the doctor about. Rude, abrupt, difficult accents to understand, interruptions to answer the phone all make checking in or re-scheduling an appointment very difficult. Lack of communication if the doctor is running late or there are other factors in delaying an appointment make an often stressful event even more stressful.

I have changed doctors, left the waiting room after waiting for 1.5 hours without being seen at my regular doctor's office and put off seeing a doctor because of the front office staff.

It really is a horrible, horrible thing to have and misunderstanding from teachers and coworkers/bosses due to lack of knowledge just makes it worse. There is no cure for it, and 75% of patients require surgery and more require hospitalization. This show has the potential to bring this topic to light for the hundreds of people who suffer from the inflammation in their gut!

One day I was going to the communal mail box center and noticed a flyer posted, that read: Cats are really Aliens!! and it had this cat with exaggerated Alien eyes. I just laughed at it and went about my day and forgot about it.

I got ready for bed and decided to pull my long hair into a ponytail on top of my head to wash my face, and forgot to take the ponytail down because I was too tired.

That night I began to have terrible nightmares about Aliens standing over my head using very sharp scalpels and doing brain surgery on me against my will! The Aliens were so vivid in the dream I could have identified each one, and the pain of the blades slicing through my brain woke me up in a panic. When I opened my eyes all of my cats were surrounding my head. The cats had become fascinated with my ponytail and the pain I felt in the dream was my cats clawing my scalp to play with my ponytail.

Unless, cats really a-r-e secret Aliens, this is an example of the power of suggestion.
