i live in Bali, Indonesia. i am presently in the states to undergo chemo (i call Primeau Chemo Sessions) for cancer of the esophagus. while i understand the focus in North America on weight loss--there are millions of us who would like to--need to--GAIN weight and are trying everything we can to do so. perhaps a show or half a show on weight gain could be produced? many of us have "thin DNA." i recall as a child, my mom taking me to a doc because i was so thin. i was told to eat lots of bananas--hahaha.

ABOUT THE DOCTORS

Patrick Veret, M.D., the discoverer of Nutripuncture, studied medicine at the University of Paris and is a master acupuncturist and homeopath. He lives in France.

Andrew R. Heimann, L.Ac., graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York. Throughout his life he has studied extensively a multi-disciplinary approach to the body and mind. His undergraduate work was in psychology with emphasis on perception and action and brain physiology. In addition to his Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine, he has studied energetic medicine including reiki tummo, qi gong, jin shen, Buddhist meditation, and Daoist meditation. While practicing acupuncture, he was introduced to Nutripuncture and realized the major enhancement of combining the two modalities. At the end of this show, someone wrote in to ask about chewing noises annoying her. I wondered if your doctors are aware of a syndrome called Sensory Processing Disorder/Sensory Integration Dysfunction. I won’t go into all of the symptoms here but people who get extremely annoyed/rageful with different noices/smells/food textures/light/fabrics usually have this. If you google this along with “symptom checklist”, you will see them. There is treatment for young children in the form of occupational therapy, and for adults, there is something called neurofeedback/Brainmapping. There are so many people who have this and get misdiagnosed with ADHD and behavioral problems. Most therapists and doctors have never even heard of this and I wish you would do a show on it. I suffered from this for many years and used to be a huge temper tantrum thrower, which interestingly, helped my body detox from the sensory overload. Thank you very much!
