I have just met with a surgeon (O. Placik - IL) that my orthopedic surgeon who did my back surgery recommended. We are just starting the process. I have done a lot of research, but I have to admit, there is not as much info out there on reductions as there is for increases.

Letting people know what situations where insurance might cover part of the costs.

Additionally covering:
- The procedure - incision options and scaring
- Repairs that can be made - reshaping the nipple, etc.
- Healing time
- Recommendations and considerations that are not on a lot of the web sites - how to figure out a good new size to go down to. etc.

I have purchased exercise machines and girdles that promises to get rid of the loss skin. Is there anything I can take, rub, or do to get rid of this very bad, hereditary, very elastic skin on my stomach.
