You can stop e-mails that are sent when someone replys to a topic forum by going to the message board topic and unchecking the "Watch Topic" box at the top of that page. You can stop all "Comment E-Mails" by going to COMMUNITY then EDIT ACCOUNT and unchecking the middle box.
