My legs are going to fall off!

So lately my legs have been hurting really bad at school and I think it's because I sit for too long, like after 3 classes my bones start to hurt really bad as if my legs were cold. And like if I go to the movies, half way through the movie my legs start hurting really bad it's just really uncomfortable. Or sometimes if I'm in the car too long they start to hurt also....

Daily protein intake

I recently found out about our daily protein consumption and it is 120g (4oz or 1/4 lb). After finding this fact, we are eating too much of unnecessary amount of protein everyday and most of that amount just sits in our stomach without burning them out. It may differ or increase for sports athletes but 120g is all we need for one day for most of us. Do you Doctors agree with this?

Cold sores!!

Okay so I have a huge problem! I had a cold sore about a week ago and I picked at it (bad) and it spread on the lower half of my face.. I feel like I've tried everything and it's not gone yet please help what do I do to get it gone? Or at least where it's not as bad?

Update on Food Allergy testing

I just got a box of See's Candy in the mail from someone, and want to thank them ... I want them to know I appreciate it, but at the same time tell them (remind them) that I cant eat chocolate. Lab work results from Wednesday

Lab work my doctor ordered on Wednesday of this week. Cholesterol: 185, LDL: 96, HDL: 76 Triglycerides: 66, Hemoglobin: 4.9, Insulin: 7.6, and Vitamin D: 44 I am very thankful that God had helped me get my cholesterol back down. It was boarderline a year ago this past December. I have my heart doctor appointment coming up.

My yearly check

I had my GYN/Mammogram check up on Wednesday of this week. Also, my doctor had blood drawn to do a full cholesterol screening done. He will be checking for genetics, the size and of course my numbers. I really love my doctor. This is only my 3rd time to see this doctor. Hi. I had Stevens Johnsons Syndrome (SJS) in 2007. I watched today's episode. I understand that every reaction to a medication cannot be on the label, but it would be nice for physicians to make people aware of what could happen.
