wants to have another baby

im very much in love, i had my tubes tied cut and burned in the year of 1999 i met a wonderful man whom i want to spend the rest of my life with who doesnt have any children, i would like to be able to concieve again, does anyone have any suggestions for me :)                                                           Thank you
