Running has been my passion for 3yrs now since I recieved my new total artificial knee in Nov. 2004.  I have lost 94lbs. This year I have completed 2-half marathon and one Iron Girl Duathalon. I am slow but I do make it to the finish line. I also have10 mile, 10k, 5 mile, & 5Ks runs.  This summer I bought myself a wd Specialized roadbike, I love it. I also have a dog, Joker a JRT, that runs races and raises money for numerous causes. I have meet some terrific people now close friends through my running!!! Thank-you for your encouragement!
