17DAY DIET - DAY 17
Today is my 17th day. I lost a total of 10lbs.. I suppose thats pretty good for 17days. I have already started incorporating some carbs such as brown rice, legumes, and whole wheat pasta. Hello everyone just as I promised. This is my 10th day and I dropped another 3lbs... Not bad for 5 days.. this gives me a total of 8lbs.. However, I think that I would have lost more but on somedays I did'nt get all of the vegtables and water in. thats brilliant !!!!! you r doing so well.. well Saturday i had my sis in laws b'day party at my house .. Cake , tonnes of foods bbq all night and i dived in. . weighed myself n it hasnt seemed to of altered the scales yet.. i shall weigh myself in a couple of days n see the results.. so striving on ahead today.. wonderful news!!!!! i cheated this morning.. i woke up starving and needed chocolate and i ATE it..i hope this doesnt infringe... i mean to carry on...(I feel disgusted with myself) so i had my smoothie for breakfast and will look for some more recipes for lunch and dinner.. this is my 4th day and will weigh myself tommorow or Wednesday. hi there scorpio 15 ..i am so glad you informed me...i hope we both do well and you sound pretty set and determined. of which is a good combination.. All the very best in the next 2 weeks+ and i too will let you know if i am still hanging in there by the 17th day..
