I too just started the 17day diet today. I want to loose 50lbs by July. Today was really a good day. Hardly any cravens. I think it's due to drinking the green tea. My problem is night timeeating. I decided to save my yogurt smoothie for my last snack. I'm going to see how this works for me. I plan to exercise about 5 times a week for at least 45mns to an hour. I will keep all of you inform as to how I am progressing after my 5th day. I'm going to weight myself in 5 days. Good Luck to everyone that's on this diet!
