body fat
By doing the exercise routine I have now, I've noticed difference such as leaner legs and arms but I'm having trouble getting rid of my belly fat. I've tried reading articles online and all it says is do more and more crunches. Is there any other effective way of getting rid of belly fat?
motivation
Lately, I'm having a hard time keeping myself motivated to stick with my exercise routine. I manage o stay away from junk food and eating more healthy food but I need help keeping myself motivated
