shareen, Think of your goal Even if you only exercise 1-5 min each day thats better than nothing. You can do it. I go to the gym EVERYDAY! even after work. I work 14hr days and going on the treadmill after work helps me to get out the aggresion from work! I really helps. Gods even if you go for a brisk walk that is also better than nothing! Give yourself praise for doing so well. We are awesome and WILL meet out goal!! Good luck and god bless
