I am a 58 year old single female who spent 20 years working as a Flight Attendant out of NYC. 7 years ago I got breast cancer and became much more health concious. I want to reach out to other mena and women who have had or are surviving cancer. It has been the hardest and most enlightening experience in my life
The second reason I joined this site is that I have know Dr Drew Ordon for 13 years. Consequently, he is from my hometown and went to my rival high school in California. I had a cheek and temple lift (partial lift) when I was 45. It was the best thing I could have done for myself. I must say Dr Ordon is a master in art. It looked so natural no one could tell a thing. Before I had it done I could always tell when someone had surgery even if it looked good, then I saw a fellow flight attendant and she told me she had surgery and I couldnt beleive how good she looked AND guess who did it Drew Ordon. Oh BTW besides the check and temple lift I also had my upper and lower eyelids done.
I moved home to LA 6 months ago and I am very happy to be home. I also love that Dr Ordon is back home too helping people like he does so well. Not only is he an artist he is also extremely handsome and nice.
He recently added another Dr into his practice for the first time, and I would trust him as much as Dr O. If anyone wants to email me about fears of surgery or storys of cancer survival I welcome it.

Hope you are doing OK and that all is well in your world!
When are you scheduled for your surgery? I hope that all goes well for you. I have been thinking about you as this is a poignant time for Breast Cancer survivors. A friend of mine is having a recurrence issue and it is not easy for her or anyone.

You look Fantastic,I am 51yrs young and wish I looked that good,but cant afford it.I wish you the best with your health and surgery!!!!I am from Calif. but moved up to Utah 18yrs ago,my famliy still lives there.I would like to move back to live by my son and grandkids who live in El Centro Calif.(about an 1hr and half east of San Diego)but my husband is a Utah man.Hope we can be friends. Well finally got a photo in their. I have to share that I am going to get a masectomy. I didnt share (I dont think) that Ive had c ancer twice breast and a secondary lymphoma. Its been 3 years from last treatment 7 years from initial diagnosis. I remember DR O calling me back then just telling me his concern it was very sweet.
I've decided to have the masectomy AND reconstruction with DR Ordon (doing the reconstruct) of course. It may or may not be televised but their are so many women out their that would rather dies than lose their breast its so sad. Nowadays its so much easier, they scoop out the breast leave some on sides, leave the nipple and put in implants, so to me NO MORE SAGGY BOOBs. I know how good Dr Ordon is and Im excited to get better looking boobs AND less chance of breast cancer, thats how I look at it. So I hope to get the message out and try to do it in a humerous way. Years ago it was horrible but its not like that anymore at all.
