have never heard of it but I'm very curious....what's it all about?

I have only had one class so far, but from what I have been told and from what I have seen from working in a hospital, It is all about letting people get their emotions out through poems, literature or journaling.

Now that sounds right up my alley!  Wish I could find a class here like that.  Where do you live?
