i smell fumes day and night!!!

I smell fumes day and night! i dont know why, my husand thinks im crazy..is there a medical reason why i smell fumes or am i really going crazy???? the smell actually makes me dizzy and confused.i am forgetful.i keep a head ache most of the time..is it all in my head?
