I really dont have a sense of style. I wont even buy new clothes.  I enjoy working in the yard, reading and enjoying life to the fullest. I love being at home and decorating inside and out. Ready to get out of this rut of eating myself to death.

Thanks sue102349  i apperciate it. Yes its has been really hard  and i do miss him so very much. valentine day he would of been 37. I went today and put roses on his grave.and i told him i love him and miss him.  hey you are doing fine just keep up the good work and you will get there.Thats all anyone of us can do is just try. And we will do it. thanks again.

you can always crochet or knit. your hands will be so tied up in yarn you won't be able to eat...if you make some hats you can donate them to homeless shelters or make lap blankets can be given to the wheelchair bound. so how did you do on saturday? let me know.

sue102349> do you have a hobby you can do at night? you said you do good during the day and them you blow it......when you feel yourself reaching for something you shouldn't be eating start exercising to a dvd or walk around your house and count your steps, organize your photos and put them in an album, organize your kithcen cupboards & bathroom drawers...i'm sure you get the picture ....for all of us weight loss is one day a time .....give yourself a chance, you can do it !

Why is it that I just dont care anymore.. i want the weight off but unlike I used to be I dont want to work for it.. depression has hit me I guess. Sounds like so many of you are doing sooooooooo good... Help

So, that's where you have been, I've been looking for you~ I went off the diet, I like my carbs and don't feel that much energy without the carbs. I have a lot of heavy work to do and the vegetables are not doing the job of carrying me through the day.  If I had a desk job, maybe~

Anyway, I do really well in the morning with my out of the bcox old fashion oats in yogurt and strawberries.  Believe it or not, that keeps me full for abt 5-6 hours. Than I have to have a potato, maybe b/c I'm Irish and b/c we are a tater state-.and I have a vegetable,& a protein, so that goes well. But, than comes the nighttime and forget about it~

I'm just keeping away from the peanutbutter jar, sweets,hershey's chocolate, and other addictive foods  That's an improvement for me~

Hi Sue, if you go up to COMMUNITY, then to MESSAGEBOARDS, then click on the 17 diet forums, and there is a Dr. Phil forum too.  But you are welcome in any of them. Then you will see "threads" click on one you are interested in and you can read what people wrote.  I'm sorry you "messed up" on your diet the other day.  Remember though you have loss some weight, and that is great!  I was always afraid of getting too thin, even though i was heavy....when I thought about things it changed me around and then I started to lose weight.  I've messed up a few times too on the diet, a lot of us have, so know you arent the only one.

Well hello and goodbye JAN. 21, 2010... I have messed up on my diet again and stayed there for 4 days now.. needless to say I did good for 9 days and lost about 7 lbs. Did good all day on the 10th day and then just messed up and ate and ate that night. What that crap is wrong with me.????? I am really depressed at this point... and I really do not understand much of this site at all...

Hi Sue, Thank you for the compliment :)  Sure, I'd like to be friends...I just requested it...let me know if it doesnt got through.  I'd like to get to know you too.  The diet is going well...some days good, some days ok but could have done better!  I'm waiting for the book right now.  Look forward to getting to know you!
