Suzie I posted on my own blog! Anyway the flabby flab will go one of these days. Sometimes especially in the middle it is last! I keep lowering my goals. But I am pretty much stuck for a while. I am with you all the way!
Hey Suzie I am back - had to be gone for a while and then computer issues - but I am just starting Cycle 2. Stayed on 1 a little longer. I fluctuate from 114's to 115.4. I will just let life happen and it will change course. I hope all is well with you.
Congrats on the new jean size! Whoopee, those small miracles are big achievements. I remember when I went from a 12 to a 10 - it took me forever. I never thought I would make this 115 goal. I don't care if I maintain for a week or two - I'm in no hurry to get to 110 - but won't give up until I am at my goal! thanks for the comment.
Thanks for getting back to me, I am glad that you are still losing. I know what you mean about certain people and their tales of woe. It is so easy to have excuses for not following the diet, that is why we are all here, because we have made excuses for ourselves. I always had excuses, but now I see that I don't need the excuses, I just have to follow the plan because it truly works. I don't get down on myself if I have an extra glass of wine now and then or something that is not on the plan, I just keep going. I feel so fortunate to have been able to have this surgery and especially get rid of that ugly belly fat. Mine was pretty bad. Now it is flat and I want to keep it that way, so I really need to keep going. There are some great people on here and lots of motivation so I plan to keep watching things and add a comment now and then. You have been one of my motivators. Thanks
Suzie thanks for the response. Saved mail!
I just noticed your message on another blog - please don't leave forever! I understand what you mean but there is so many of us trying to work the program. We need each other! Come back!

Haven't seen any posts from you in awhile. How are you doing? I always get worried when people post alot and then they are gone. I aways hope they reached their goal and just dropped off. Hope you are doing well.
WOW congratulations on your impressive weight loss!! I have not been doing so good on the diet, too depressed yet. I love reading your posts you are so much fun and we all need more of that in our lives! I am sorry things are rocky with your 16 year old, that can be a challenging age. We were so lucky our kids never really rebelled or treated us with disrespect. Stick with it and let him know he is loved and he will eventually come around. When ours were teenagers (only 2 years apart) we put in a pool table and hot tub and invited them to have their friends over here that way we could supervise and they all had fun.
I need to get enthused and start over on cycle 1 again, when I look on the boards most everyone is doing so good. Again congrats on being in 1derland! You are doing great!
Congratulations on being under 200. I was stuck between 200 and 204 before I started this diet. Started cycle 3 yesterday weighing in at 185. I was sick with upper respitory infection for most of cycle 1 and part of cycle 2 so the weight loss wasn't as dramatic as some, but, I am very very happy with the loss. People are really starting to notice, especially my husband of 45 years. I am 64 and would like to lose 30 more pounds which will give me a total loss of 100 lbs since I started to lose weight 3 years ago.
