I know that a lot of people don't suffer from skin picking scars.  But I sure so.  It is very embarrassing and makes me feel ashamed of myself.  I can't wear short sleeves or shorts or God forbid anyone ever saw me in a bathing suit.   It makes me feel sick when I look into the mirror, I wouldn't even look for years!  I just wonder if there is anyone out there who has a similar problem and how they deal with it.  It really does make me feel discussting.
