So, I'm 54 and never had a weight challenge until about 5 years ago. I'm presently about 20 lbs overweight and just bought this book as I liked the idea of the 1st phase being more of a "cleanse". I feel like my only challenges at this point will be no coffee with cream in the morning and my red wine at night...;-) I'm looking for a diet buddy and some good sites with recipes and motivation. Any ideas and help would be greatly appreciated!
