To upload a photo:

First, make sure the file name does not end in an underscore _ we're having a problem with these file names not uploading correctly. If it does end in an underscore, please rename your photo.

Also, photos must be 3MB or smaller in file size or they won't upload. If your photo is more than 3MB, you'll need to resize it.

To add a photo to your photo album:

1. Log In and under COMMUNITY select VIEW PROFILE

2. Under PHOTOS click on ADD a PHOTO

3. Click the BROWSE button and locate the photo on your computer, double click on the file name, or click once and select OPEN

4. The file name should now appear on the NEW PHOTO page

5. You can also add a description for your photo, this is optional 

6. Click CREATE

7. You can then choose to add it as your profile picture

This will add a photo to your photo album.

To add a photo to a comment, blog or message board post:

1. On the comment box you'll see a toolbar, click the picture that looks like a tree.

2. Select an image from your photo album, click on the picture and select the size from the choices given.

3. Click INSERT

4. You can also use the browse button to add a photo that is not currently in your album.

I'm sorry I did not know that, from now on I won't use my full name, address, and number on the forum, but what if some asks who I am and they want to just be friends what do I tell them. It's good that you guys have this forum because I can learn what other people are going through besides me, and I can learn how other cope with their stuff.

My name is Susan, I live in Chicago, IL. I have depression and anxieties, high blood pressure, diabetes, and sleep apnea. I'm on medication with what I have. I also developed Dystonia/ Spasmodic Torticollic, which was caused by a medication. I like watching the doctors because I learn a lot from them. My boyfriend watches them too. I go to trilogy mental health program for groups. I also see a therapist that I talk to. I'm thinking about having the Deep Brain Stimulation for my Dystonia so my neck stops going to the left, and then I won't have to put up with the jerking, and pain. I do wish Dr Ordon can do the surgery.  

What I like doing for fun, I like watching TV, listening to music, reading, and writing stories, and poetry. I also like looking things up on the internet. I love animals I have six parakeets, I wish I had a dog, or a cat, because they help people with anxieties. I would like to go back to school and pursue my interest with writing, and acting. I also want to go back and do extra work for movies and television, but what's stopping me is my Dystonia. 

I met my boyfriend in a nursing home here in Chicago, IL. six years ago. We have been living together for two years October 31st, will be hour annivarsary for living together in our apartment. He has helped me a lot since we have been together. He understands what I'm going through with my Dystonia, because he has epilepsy. He has come a long way, and I look up to him. 

I moved to Chicago in 1995 with my mom, and I fell in love with Chicago. I was always exercising, and doing a lot of walking thats how I got to know my way around Chicago. What hurt most was when I became depressed and stopped exercising, and started eating more. Thats when I started taking medication again.
