Wish me luck I am starting the 17 day diet today. I had 2 boil eggs and a plum for breakfast and 2 glasses of water. Which is really good for me cause I usually have like 6-7 cans of diet soda a day. I have chicken planed for dinner, but not sure how I should cook it. ( I am not a good cook, though I can make a mad cake or cookies) anyways does anyone have a good recipe? Thanks for your time.

When on this page, scroll down to and CLICK Join the Group. (Now there will be a link to this page on the right side of your Profile page making it easy to get back to.) Check your PopUp Settings) When you return to your Profile page you will now see an award icon that shows the team you joined.
Then scroll down farther to find message boards to record your progress and interact with other members. Members are sharing information and recipes as well as support.

Once you join the group and select a team, then just use the website! Post on the Message Boards, Member Profiles or Blogs to participate. The more you participate, the more awards you will earn!

I put boneless, skinless chicken breast in a zip lock bag with some fat free Italian dressing and put in fridge for a couple hours...discard dressing, grill in a grill pan if you have one or frying pan. Use 1 or 2 Tbsp. of your daily allowance of Friendly Fats. Also, if you like green peppers, mushrooms,and onions, grill them for on top. Enjoy!

I marinate chicken breasts with olive oil, greek dressing and a little water and lemon juice. Tastes great every time.
Hello Everyone - I'm on day 6 of the 17 day diet. So far so good though I am a little confused about snack time. Fruits are not allowed after 2 pm, but what about yogurt?
