I am a holistic health pactitioner in San Diego. I have been here for 7 years and am in the field of nutrition and digestion. I like to practice what I preach in regards to living a healthy lifestyle...eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, and definitely taking me time which includes cooking, baking, hiking, reading, spending lots of time with my husband, and getting lots of bonding time with my girlfriends. I love to hang out near the beach...just not on the beach. I'm huge into reading and just read Dale Carnegie's "How to Win Friends and Influence People".  I love to learn more about people, health, spirituality, food, different diets and cleanses, and yes, even a little bit of the occasional "what's up in Hollywood"---I've been known to watch Mario Lopez on Extra. When I have the opportunity I regularly watch The Doctor's to hear what's up in Western Medicine. I strongly believe in Yin/Yang and that balance is the way to a healthy life.   To Your Health!!
