i tried poached egg on kale this morning with pepper...and a yogurt...omg it was yummy...but i have to cook the eggs a bit longer so they are firmer not so runny...kale doesn't actually sop up the egg yolk like toast does... i had kale in my dinner last night and i will have some more tonight...i am enjoying it...tasty, dark green leafy and hoping that it keeps the dr. away from giving me a colonoscopy...yes...

well after a very hard week of trying to get past the 290 lb mark i did it this morning...i got on the scale and 288 lbs...that is fantastic for me...i am loving it...the hard work seems to be getting back on track again... i am so happy...now i am down 26 lbs altogether.... have a happy saturday everyone...it is sunny here in toronto right now and i am going to buy my cross trainers......

omg what is happening in the world today...tsunamis, earthquakes, rain and snow mixtures and wind....
