I have Ichthyosis Vulgaris on my legs. It truly is embarrassing, especially when I want to wear any article of clothing that reveals my legs. I have been to several dermatologists in the past, but to no avail, no one was able to find a solution to my condition, other than it's probably hereditary. I have even tried dermablend in hopes of at least covering it up, but again, I wasn't successful.
If anyone has any recommendations on what I should try next, please advise.

What is that on your legs? I never heard of it.
I looked up images on Google and I am truly sorry that you have to live with this, I don't know what else to say...I have a recommendation, but it may take a complete shift in your thinking about health, medicine, and foods. Try eating more alkaline foods...some people say it's a cure for everything as well as longevity! Here's what I wrote about it:

Here's a few resources to get you looking (this is a UK site, which explains the "s" in energise!):

I was wondering if you have tried Emuaid?
My son and I also have ichthyosis. I've tried every cream on the market. I also wish there was more we could do.
